3. Not medical or clinical advice

This section is important. Please read it carefully.

The Final Say provides educational content, self-reflection tools, and coaching services. Nothing provided through our Service constitutes medical advice, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or a diagnosis of any physical or mental health condition, and none of it is a substitute for care from a qualified medical or mental health professional.

Our founder, Sal, is a qualified counsellor providing coaching and educational services, not clinical psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or medical care. Our self-audit tools are designed for self-reflection and pattern-mapping, not clinical diagnosis.

Our Service is not designed or intended to treat trauma, substance dependency, or eating disorders. If any of these apply to you, we encourage you to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional, and we may refer you to one as part of our intake process.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact emergency services or a crisis line in your country immediately. findahelpline.com can help you find a free, confidential helpline wherever you are.

Individual results from using our Service vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
